GEE: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations")

This is in furtherance to our letter dated 15th December 2023 22nd December 2023 and 27th January 2024 whereby we had informed about the pending litigations/disputes ("Company Petition") in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Clause 8 of Para B of Part A under Schedule III of SEB (LODR) Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 which were considered material.The required details as per the mentioned Circular are provided in Annexure A.Kindly take the same on record.
