We wish to inform you that the Company has sent the notice of 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company along with Annual Report for the financial year 2023-24 on Tuesday September 03 2024. Further pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 and 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith the copies of newspaper advertisement published today i.e. on September 04 2024 in Financial Express (English Newspaper) and Vishwavani (Kannada Newspaper) detailing the procedure with the respect to the e-voting facility provided by the Company to all its members to enable them to cast their votes on all matters listed in the notice convening the 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday September 26 2024 at 05:00 p.m through Video Conferencing ("VC")/Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM").
