We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09thSeptember 2015 the Insolvency Professional of the Company has appointed Mr. Ram Singh Poswal as Chief Executive Officer of the Company for ensuring the Compliance with Companies Act 2013 and for smooth implementation of resolution plan.
Appointment of Mr. Ram Singh Poswal is effective from 21-Sep-2021.
