Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in continuation to our earlier intimation dated 19th September 2024 regarding Schedule of Analyst/Investors Meeting dated 26th September 2024 we write to inform you that the aforesaid meeting stands postponed and is rescheduled to be held on 27th September 2024.At the aforesaid meeting the Company will be represented by Mr. Sumit Sharma Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The schedule of the meetings is subject to change due to exigencies on the part of the Investors or the Company.Further no unpublished price sensitive information is proposed to be shared by the Company at the aforesaid investor meetings.
