Vesuvius India: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Managing Director

Mr. Nitin Jain has resigned from the position of the Managing Director of the Company effective from close of business on June 30 2024 and the Board of Directors has appointment Mr. Mohinder Rajput as the Managing Director of the Company with effective from July 1 2023.
