Non Applicability of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended 31-03-2024We would like to inform and submit that as per Regulation 15 of SBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Corporate Governance provisions as specified in Regulations 17 17A 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 24A 25 26 27 and clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of Sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and para C D and E of Schedule V shall not apply to any company having paid -up share capital not exceeding Rs. 10Crores and net worth not exceeding rs.25 crores as on last day of previous financial year.hence we are not required to submit Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the Financial Year ended 31-03-2024 as our company is exempted under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015.
