Cyber Media (India): Disposal Of GST Orders Dated April 26 2024

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform that (i) GST Department vide its Orders dated April 26 2024 raised a demand of Rs. 74 21 917 (ii) The Honble High Court of Delhi vide its Order dated July 23 2024 remanded the matter back for fresh consideration by the GST Department and (iii) GST Department vide its Order dated October 10 2024 considered the matter afresh and reduced the demand to Rs. 1 800.
