This is to inform you that RCCPL Private Limited wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement and Power Purchase Agreement for acquisition of 3.12% equity shares of Continuum MP Windfarm Development Private Limited to source wind-solar power as captive consumer.
