With reference to above subject captioned our intimation dated September 04 2024 wherein company had earlier submitted its Annual Report for FY 2023-24.Kindly note that certain inadvertent typo error was noticed in the Annual Report. In view of the above we are enclosing herewith the revised Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2023-24 along with the Notice of the 15th AGM.
