Pursuant to the Order of Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai dated 23rd October 2024 in the matter of Scheme of Amalgamation of Maxbhumi Developers Limited Sleek International Private Limited Companys wholly-owned subsidiaries with the Company (Scheme) read with Rule 16 of the Companies (Compromises Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules 2016 the Company was required to make public advertisement in relation to the notice of the hearing of the Petition scheduled to be held before Honble NCLT on Wednesday 11th December 2024 for the sanction of the said Scheme. Accordingly as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations please find enclosed copies of the said advertisment published in the newspaper(s) today.
