In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that pursuant to shareholders approval obtained through Postal Ballot on July 26 2024 the Board of Directors in their meeting dated Saturday July 27 2024 have fixed August 09 2024 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of: 1. Sub-division / split of existing equity shares of the company from 1 (One) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up into 2 (Two) equity shares having face value of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up; and2. Ascertaining the eligibility of security holders entitled for issuance of bonus equity shares of the company in the ratio of 1:2 [i.e. 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share for every 2 (Two) equity shares] having face value of Rs. 5/- (considering post sub-division / split of face value of equity shares)
