(IST) through Video Conferencing/other Audio Visual Means in Compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 read with General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May 2020 as extended by General Circular No. 09/2023 dated 25th September 2023 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
