FEDERAL BANK LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/10/2024 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024.In continuation of our earlier intimation dated September 30 2024 please note that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and the Banks Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank is closed from October 1 2024 till October 30 2024 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated persons viz. Directors KMPs designated employees of the Bank including the immediate relatives of all the designated persons of the Bank and for the Connected persons.
