We wish to inform you that the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shri Balaji Valve Components Ltd was held on Saturday September 14 2024 at 03.30 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).As per the requirements of the Companies Act 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 (the Listing Regulations) the Company had provided the facility to its Members holding shares as on cut-off date i.e.Friday September 06 2024 to exercise their rights to vote by electronic means on the businesses specified inthe AGM Notice through remote e-voting facility which commenced on September 11 2024 at 09:00 A.M. and ended on September 13 2024 at 05:00 P.M. and through e-voting facility during the AGM to those Members who could not exercise their vote earlier through remote e-voting.
