We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors (Board) of Indiabulls Enterprises Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today i.e. August 2 2024 (which was commenced at 04:30 P.M. and concluded at 05:10 P.M.) has inter-alia approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2024 and the re-appointment of M/s Agarwal Prakash & Co. Chartered Accountants (FirmRegistration Number: 005975N issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a further period of 3 (three) consecutive years i.e from the conclusion of the 6th Annual General meeting until the conclusion of the 9th Annual General Meeting subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
