With reference to email received on 28.08.2024 seeking clarification on the movement in the price of our security at exchange in the recent past we wish to submit as follows: Company has made all necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 from time to time and has not withheld any material information /event that in our opinion that would have a bearing on the price /volume behavior in our scrip.Further I request the exchange to note that none of our Promotor or Director/KMP has made any dealing in the shares of the company.We believe that any significant movement in the share price is purely market driven and the company and any of its Promotors or Directors/KMPS has no role in connection with such increase in price of shares.
