In continuation of the Disclosure dated January 22 2024 wherein it was stated that "The Company has the right and obligation to acquire the remaining equity shares of Global Talent Track Private Limited (GTT) viz. 252008 representing 40% of the total paid-up equity share capital of GTT from the selling shareholders of GTT for cash consideration on or before March 31 2025 and pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors on May 10 2024 and subsequent approval of the members at EOGM held on June 8 2024 the Company has entered into SPA for acquisition of 252008 equity shares of GTT at Rs. 396.81/- per equity share for total consideration of Rs. 10 00 00 000/- payable by the Company in cash equivalent.
