Pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02 2019 and in accordance with the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trades of Chembond Chemicals Limited ("the Company") read with applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from 1st October 2024 till 48 hours of the declaration of Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 ("the Financial Result"). The date of Board Meeting for announcement of the Financial Results shall be informed in due course. Accordingly all Connected Persons/Designated Persons/Directors are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
