Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed the copies of the notice published in Business Standard (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) editions today i.e. September 3 2024 in accordance with the IEPF Authority (Accounting Audit Transfer & Refund) Rules 2016 requesting the concerned shareholders to lodge claims in respect of 1st Interim Dividend for FY 2017-18 that are unclaimed for the last seven years failing which the said dividend and the shares underlying such dividend shall be liable to be transferred to IEPF.
