MM Rubber Company: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

In Compliance with Regulation 39(3) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that attached share certificate have been reported to be lost. The holder of these shares has requested us to issue a duplicate share certificate in lieu of original. Duplicate share certificate will be issued subject to receipt of relevant documents in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
