This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and in accordance with the code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders in companys shares/securities the trading window of the company shall remain closed from Wednesday January 01 2025 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024. The date of board meeting for considering and approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024 and opening of trading window will be intimated in due course.The same is being informed to the Designated/Connected Persons in accordance with the code of conduct.Kindly take the same on your record.
