We are enclosing copy of newspaper advertisement published in the Newspaper of Business Standard and Lokmat on 23rd October 2024 towards intimation of fixation of record date i.e. Saturday 2nd November 2024 for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2024-25 if any to be declared at the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday the 25th October 2024.
