This is to inform that as per Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring & Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons of Subhash Silk Mills Ltd read with applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including any amendment(s) modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto) Trading Window for purpose of trading in shares of Company by its Designated Persons & their immediate relatives shall remain closed from October 1 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by Company for Quarter ending September 30 2024.The date of Board Meeting of Company for consideration & declaration of said financial results shall be intimated in due course. Further PAN of designated persons of the Company shall be freezed by National Securities Depository Limited (Designated Depository) for trading in securities of Company during said window closure period.
