Ashnoor Textile Mills: Announcement Under Clause 30 Of LODR

The GST authorities have raised a demand under Section 73 of the SGST/CGHT Act 2017 and Section 20 of the IGST Act 2017 of Rs.1 10 58 145.20 which includes Tax interest and penalty. The Company may pursue an appeal to the appellate authorities or evaluate other legal options against the order of the said demand.
