Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24 2024 inter alia has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 16/- per share (160%) for the financial year ended March 31 2024 on the paid-up capital of Rs. 111.10 cr. This together with the interim dividend of Rs. 14/- per share (140%) paid on March 01 2024 will make a total dividend of Rs. 30/- per share (300%) for the financial year ended March 31 2024.
