Pursuant to the Provisions of Prevention of Insider Trading and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that "Trading Window" for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01 2025 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31 2024.
