Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 it is to inform that Department of Commerce vide its order dated 30.08.2024 (received on 02.09.2024) have intimated the appointment of Ms. Aishvarya Singh IAS vice Shri Siddharth Mahajan IAS. Hence Shri Mahajan ceased to be director of the Company w.e.f. 30.08.2024.Further date of appointment of Ms. Aishvarya Singh IAS will be intimated after completion of requisite formalities.
