The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Monday August 26 2024 had recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share on equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company for Financial Year 2023- 24 for approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Monday September 30 2024. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has fixed Monday September 23 2024 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31 2024. The payment of final dividend if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting will be paid within statutory timelines subject to deduction of Tax at source as under:
