Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the board of directors of ARAPL RaaS Private Limited (i.e. Subsidiary company) has approved the proposal for fund raise amounting to 15 million USD to support its business expansion plans and working capital requirement. Also ARAPL RaaS Private Limited has successfully booked orders worth 4 million USD.
