Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons (the Code) we wish to inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday 1st October 2024 till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30th September 2024 for Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives as covered under the Code.
